DISCLAIMER for video and photo recordings

  1. I AUTHORIZE the Rotary Club Milano Fiera in the person of its pro tempore President or his successors in title to use the video recording of my image and my performance, even if necessary by means of reductions or adaptations;
  2. I AUTHORIZE the publication, distribution and broadcasting on public and private televisions, on the internet and in cinemas and in any other possible and new means of communication through film, tape, and digital and non-present and future media.
  3. For the realization of the above, I give my consent to make my performances on video without receiving any payment.
